  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch

2. Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every petite clothing item, swimwear piece, or pair of trousers you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns policy makes exchanges or returns easy.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all accessories

Important Hygiene Note:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear unless the hygiene liner is intact and the item is unworn.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your Dorothy Perkins purchase:

  1. Request a Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. You may use our template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging or similar protective packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d like
  • We’ll ship your new item once we process the return

If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you for the additional payment. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
